BENJAMIN GROW

Benjamin Grow believes in a well-rounded approach to music. Primarily a trumpet player, Benjamin's playing is hailed by his mom as "passionate yet poised--a rare trumpet experience." His grandma has even called him "the best." Also a pianist, Benjamin's studies have led him to continuo and chamber music performances in both period and contemporary styles. For two summers, he studied conducting, composition, and music theory at the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris with former students of the famed pedagogue Nadia Boulanger. Benjamin has also been a member of several choirs and enjoys singing both old and new music.
